Recently, food related enterprises picked up work and production in
succession and among them, the demand for disposable plastic products surged
due to the demand for meals of enterprises and institutions during the epidemic
prevention period. SQI actively carries out investigation and research on the
resumption of production of one-time plastic products enterprises and provided front-end
services to solve the difficulties and blocking problems in the process of production.
During the telephone survey on February
18th to 19th,some enterprises reported that their quality
control personnel failed to arrive at the post in time due to the epidemic
situation, which resulted in the failure of picking up production and the
enterprises needed to entrust the inspection leading to the delay of the
resumption period. SQI National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for
Cosmetics & Cleaning Products understood the situation and coordinate the
inspection department and the enterprise the first time to carry out product
inspection online training. Through the "non-contact" means of
network video calling, the technical backbones actively contacted the quality
control personnel of the enterprise to carry out online teaching. The test
methods of main factory inspection items such as specification, tensile
strength, elongation at break, sealing test, impact energy of pendulum and physical
and chemical index are mainly explained on line and the questions raised by
enterprises were answered one by one during the online training. SQI helped
enterprises improve product quality and solve practical difficulties and
problems in the process of resumption of production by face to face and one to
one online exchange.
In the next stage, SQI will make use of information
technology to record clear and complete video on inspection methods of epidemic
prevention products and release them through multimedia websites such as SQI
website and WeChat account, which helps enterprises pick up production.
