Determination of 17 elements in stationery by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry

【摘要】建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定文教用品中17种可溶性元素的分析方法,确认了元素分析谱线和实验条件,实验证明各元素检出限在0.02—2mg/kg,加标回收率为91.2%—102.7%之间,相对标准偏差均小于3.7%,实验表明17种元素在文教用品中均有检出,部分产品中铝、砷、铬、铅、锌含量超过欧盟2009/48/EC号指令的限量要求。

AbstractThe amounts of 17 types of soluble elements in stationery were determined simultaneously by ICP-OES. The preferable experimental conditions were investigated. The detection limit of elements is 0.02—2mg/kg with the recovery of 91.2% —102.7% and RSD within 3.7%. The method is precise, accurate, simple with lower interferences, and can be used for daily analysis of stationery. Content of aluminum, arsenic, chromium, lead, zinc in some products, exceeds the limit the EU Directive 2009/48/EC requirements, which maybe cause the loss in export and impact the safety of body.
