Research of pneumatic force closed-loop control technology to bicycle fatigue strength test

【摘要】本文介绍了在自行车疲劳测试中的气动力闭环技术,通过对现行主要标准与目前测试设备中存在的问题的分析,引入了气动伺服力闭环技术,重点介绍了其组成、关键技术、及满足自行车疲劳测试的气动伺服力闭环系统的要求。最后以一个试验论证了分析的结果。该技术具有先进性与广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Pneumatic force closed-loop control technology to bicycle fatigue strength test is described in this article. Based on the analysis of all relevant testing standards and problems of exiting test equipments, pneumatic servo force closed-loop control technology is introduced highlights the key technology of its composition in order to meet the requirements of pneumatic servo closed-loop system to bicycle fatigue strength test. Finally, the analysis results is proved by a test. Pneumatic force closed-loop control technology is advanced and of wild application.
